1111jl Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 1111jl website accessible at 1111jl.org and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 1111jl Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers for and uses a 1111jl Account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or event through the 1111jl Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 1111jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Philippine law sets the minimum legal gambling age at 21. 1111jl strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued ID verification for all accounts.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing 1111jl is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 1111jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 1111jl Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the 1111jl Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1111jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 1111jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 1111jl support immediately via live chat. 1111jl may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.

Account registration and use of the 1111jl Platform is free of charge. 1111jl does not charge account maintenance fees.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1111jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 1111jl wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Before processing any withdrawal, 1111jl may require completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or holds.

1111jl does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 1111jl's control.

1111jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals or transactions that appear unusual. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1111jl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus terms apply to all 1111jl promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or use of automated tools — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• 1111jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 1111jl's interpretation shall be final.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 1111jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 1111jl will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your Account. 1111jl's decision on technical disputes is final.

All RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment under camera surveillance. 1111jl does not manipulate game outcomes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 1111jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1111jl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 1111jl Platform or its software.

8 Responsible Gaming

1111jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account dashboard after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss.

1111jl will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional materials during their exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests override all marketing communications.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1111jl Platform — including but not limited to the 1111jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 1111jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright , trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1111jl Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 1111jl Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 1111jl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on any 1111jl content or software.

Any unauthorized use of 1111jl intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 1111jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1111jl and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 1111jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside 1111jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform for informational purposes.

1111jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Termination

1111jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, 1111jl reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1111jl support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 1111jl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1111jl support. 1111jl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are unsatisfied with 1111jl's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the 1111jl Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

1111jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1111jl will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 1111jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1111jl recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
